Immediate Post-Treatment Skin Response

Expected, temporary responses may include:

  • Perifollicular redness

  • Mild warmth

  • Transient sensitivity

These reactions typically resolve within 24–48 hours.

Post-Treatment Protocol: First 24 Hours

Recommended

  • Keep treated skin clean and dry

  • Apply cool compresses as needed

  • Wear loose clothing over treated areas

Avoid

  • Heat exposure (hot showers, saunas)

  • Physical exertion

  • Occlusive products

  • Friction or exfoliation

Ongoing Care (Days 2–14)

Daily broad-spectrum SPF 30+

  1. Avoid direct sun exposure

  2. Gentle cleansing only

  3. No exfoliating agents until skin is calm

Shedding occurs 1–3 weeks post-treatment

  1. Follicles must remain undisturbed

  2. Shaving is permitted

  3. Waxing, plucking, threading are contraindicated
