Lip blushing is a cosmetic tattoo to enhance the color and shape of lips and give the impression of more fullness. It is an incredible alternative to dermal fillers. It can be used in conjunction with fillers as well. Lip blush is completed by depositing pigment into the lip tissue to enhance the overall look. This procedure is designed to define lips and help address common issues clients are experiencing. Common issues clients are experiencing with their lips include sharpness of shape of their lips, uneven tone and color, lack of defined vermillion border, proportions of the shape, symmetry, presence of scars, birthmarks, and cleft lip. There are three options for level of saturation for lip blush treatments. This ranges from the softest enhancement known as the nude effect to a medium amount of saturation known as the aquarelle effect and lastly to the lipstick effect which is the maximum amount of brightness.

Healed results will vary with each client. It will take more than one day for the pigment to be firmly fixed at a certain depth within the dermis. The amount of pigment that will remain in the skin depends not only on the artist’s skills and the extent of the injury. No guarantees can be made, additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal results. This will result in additional charges.
